Köfte: Grilled Minced Lamb & Beef with Herbs Served with Turkish Rice                    

Lamb’s Liver: Pan-fried Lamb’s Liver, served with Turkish Rice & Salad

Grilled Chicken Breast: Served on Potato Cake with Pepper-Thyme Sauce
Chicken Shish: Marinated Chicken Pieces Grilled, served with Turkish Rice

Kul Basti: Grilled Lamb’s Loin, served with Grilled Vegetables and Red Pepper

Lamb Shank: Slow-Cooked in its own Sauce, Served with Chive-Mashed Potato

Musakka: Layers of potatoes, aubergine, minced lamb topped with béchamel sauce
